Dates and yogurt contain various vitamins, minerals and other nutrition, and today I am going make a recipe with with these ingredients. This is a super healthy and fat free Parfait and also good for diabetes & heart patients. Dates are a high-fiber food, which can help you feel full longer, and yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein and probiotics. In this Yogurt & Date Parfait recipe, I used raw dates but you can use any type of dates.
You can serve this as Healthy Breakfast Recipe or just make it real quick when you are having sugar cravings.
